These lamp posts are just like the posts that come with your LEGO® sets, with one small improvement that makes all the difference: they have been hollowed out and a warm white Brickstuff Pico LED has been mounted on the top. A 24” connecting cable with standard Brickstuff connector on the end extends down through the lamp post and out the bottom. Because the wires are so thin and durable, you can easily snap plates, tiles, and bricks on top of the wire, so you don’t need to modify your build to bring your model streets to life! This kit includes one lamp post and one BRANCH04 "Y" adapter for connecting to a power source (sold separately).
These lamp posts have standard Brickstuff power connectors, so they can be attached directly to any power source. You can add an 8-port expansion adapter to connect up to eight lamp posts or other lights to a single power source, or cascade multiple 8-port expansion adapters to connect 100 lights or more. To create a flickering effect, you can add our Single Function Lighting Effect Controller (LEC). By alternating connections to Channel 1 and Channel 2 of the LEC, your lamp posts will have a more realistic alternating flicker effect. See the video below for an example of eight lamp posts connected to a LEC using this configuration.
NOTE that since these lamp posts have standard connectors, they can only connect to our Single Function LEC, not our micro LECs (flickering, burned out bulb, etc.).
