New Rates, and More Shipping Options for 2025!
For our US Customers
Despite the USPS switch to Ground Advantage, we’ve been able to keep our 2025 rates the same as they were for 1st Class Package. Unfortunately, with recent increases to Priority Mail, we've had to return those rates to where they were in pre-2024.
More International Shipping Options
For 2025, we haven't had to increase any of our international shipping rates. Last year, we were pleased to add FedEx International Connect as an international shipping option, at a 34% to 40% lower rate than UPS Expedited, with delivery in under 10 days. UPS Expedited is still available almost everywhere if you want your package in under a week. We also continue to offer Simple Export shipping, a highly reliable service that provides door-to-door tracking for more than 50 countries.
Good news for our Canadian Customers
No increases! We've been able to keep our lower rate for UPS Expedited shipping to Canada. Plus FedEx is still a cost-saving option. Unfortunately, Simple Export to Canada is temporarily unavailable due to carrier issues. We hope it will return eventually.
Other Changes
For countries besides Canada where Simple Export is available (most countries except China), we've kept our rates unchanged from last year. And as above, with FedEx International Connect, we can offer an affordable option in between Simple Export (the cheapest) and UPS Expedited (the fastest).

- Transit times: the times listed are an estimate.
- Customs fees: If you live outside the USA, be sure you understand your responsibility for any customs fees set by your home country. Please read our International Shipping Policies before ordering.
- Remote Delivery Fees: If you live in a region UPS or FedEx has categorized as a "Remote Delivery Area," an additional fee of $49-$60 (depending on the additional fee to us) will be added to your shipping charge. Note that this fee applies even for otherwise "free" shipping. If your address is listed as a "remote delivery area," we will notify you by e-mail before shipping your order.
