Brickstuff collects personal information when you register with Brickstuff, when you use Brickstuff products, and when you visit brickstuff.com pages.

Brickstuff collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including but not limited to tindie.com through its merchant site, including information about your use of products that we offer.

Brickstuff.com automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, Brickstuff information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.

Brickstuff uses information for the following general purposes: Fulfill your requests for products, improve our services, and contact you.

Children
When a child under age 18 attempts to register with brickstuff.com, we ask the child to have a parent or guardian give parental permission. 

Brickstuff does not contact children under age 18 about special offers or for marketing purposes without a parent's permission. 
 
Brickstuff does not ask a child under age 18 for more personal information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Brickstuff does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
  • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Brickstuff under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Brickstuff communicate with you about offers from brickstuff.com. However, these companies do not have any independent right to  share this information.
  • We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user is a child under age 18.  Parents have the option of allowing Brickstuff to collect and use their child's information without consenting to Brickstuff sharing of this information with people and companies who may use this information for their own purposes.

YOUR ABILITY TO EDIT AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PREFERENCES

Users can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from Brickstuff or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive. 

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to Brickstuff products, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Brickstuff Newsletter, that are considered part of your brickstuff.com account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. 
 
You can completely delete your brickstuff.com account by emailing info (at) brickstuff.com.


Children
Parents can review, edit, and delete information relating to their child's Brickstuff account by sending an email to info (at) brickstuff.com.  Within  forty-eight (48) business hours of receipt of the initial email Brickstuff staff will contact the parents with all information Brickstuff has obtained from the
child.   At that point, parents will have the option to edit all information or delete the child’s account.

Brickstuff.com contains links to other websites not affiliated with brickstuff.com in any way.  Enthusiast Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for the content of any other website if the individual is redirected to another site.  Further, Enthusiast Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for any
individual’s registration with a website through a link on a brickstuff.com page.

 
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. 
 
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you. 
 
Brickstuff.com is currently hosted through weebly.com.   Enthusiast Enterprises, LLC as owner of brickstuff.com is not responsible for any breach of security resulting in loss of confidentiality which originated through godaddy.com, tindie.com, or any other website that brickstuff.com may use in the future.  
 
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Brickstuff may update this policy.  We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your brickstuff.com account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
