Give Your LEGO® Star Wars Minifigures the Brightest Red Lightsaber in the Galaxy!
What’s better than a LEGO® lightsaber? A LEGO® lightsaber with one of our LED filaments as the blade! You won’t find a brighter saber—we’re the only ones daring (crazy?) enough to try something like this. These are the most awesome sabers available anywhere. That’s why we call them Ultrasabers. This is our Ultrasaber with red LED filament inside. Each one is lovingly handmade in our shop in Rosemount, Minnesota.
An LED filament has many microscopic LED lights inside, so it looks like a solid bar and it also radiates light in a full 360-degree pattern. Because these LED filaments are super-fragile, we designed and 3D-printed a clear shield to protect the filament inside (the shield has been carefully glued to the saber hilt). There is also a very thin wire running from the far end of the filament to the hilt—this is because the LED filaments have their power connections on both ends. When the saber is on, though, you definitely won’t see the wire!
Get up and running quickly by adding a Brickstuff Power Pack (sold separately). Because of the high current consumption of these filaments, we do not recommend using with our Mini Power Packs.
These Ultrasabers will work with any Brickstuff component that has small plugs, and they are also fully compatible with components from other vendors including Light My Bricks, Vonado, LeLightGo, Briksmax, and others.

Rigid filaments are made from ceramic material, so they are extremely fragile. Even though our clear shield will protect the filament inside, these sabers are definitely not made for active play, and we also don’t advise that they be left in the hands of Jedis in training younger than 15 years of age.
