Custom-Made Warm White LED Flex Filament with Power Connection At One End
Customers love our flexible LED filaments, but one of the biggest issues they have shared with us is how the power connections for the filaments (one connection at each end) limit the ways they can be used. With one power connection on each end, installations are typically limited to a loop, where both power connections are brought back to the same location for connecting to the power source. Customers have asked if there was a way to get the filaments with their power connection at just one end, leaving the other end free to mount anywhere without worrying about circling back to the starting point.
Worry no more! We decided to take a single strand of our ultra-thin magnet wire (just 0.15mm thick!) and run it along the length of the LED filament. This means you can now create any shape with your filaments, installing them anywhere without needing to worry about that far end.
These filaments have that pre-soldered super-thin strand of magnet wire running from the far end back to the beginning, where we’ve pre-soldered one of our 30cm (12in) thin connecting wires with 1.27mm plug. When the filament is powered on, you can’t see the thin magnet wire, so these are perfect for creating flowing shapes—including lightsabers, EL-wire type TRON lighting, or neon signs or letters!
We’ve also included an updated version of our LED filament driver with this pack, so there’s no soldering needed. Just connect the filament to the driver with the 1.27mm plug, then connect a power source. It really couldn’t be easier! Get up and running quickly by adding a Brickstuff Power Pack (sold separately). Because of the high current consumption of these filaments, we do not recommend using with our Mini Power Packs.
These filaments will work with any Brickstuff component that has small plugs, and they are also fully compatible with components from other vendors including Light My Bricks, Vonado, LeLightGo, Briksmax, and others.
This is a pack of one 300mm flexible warm white LED filament with single-ended power connection, plus one LED filament driver board. Each filament consumes approximately 150mA during normal operation, so be sure to use a power source capable of supporting this level of sustained power draw.

IMPORTANT: Do not power these filaments using more than 5 volts. Doing so will permanently damage the filaments.
