Add Lighting to Your LEGO® Train Cars the Quick and Easy Way
NOTE: this power supply will not work with our flickering or flashing Pico LEDs. Only non-flickering/flashing lights can be connected to the expansion plug connectors.
We wanted a quick and easy way to add light to our passenger cars, so we made this all-in-one power supply with seven onboard warm white LED lights and integrated on-off switch. Self-adhesive sticky squares are included to allow for easy mounting to train car roofs.
The power supply operates from one or two CR2032 coin cell batteries. One battery is included—you can add a second battery if desired to increase the run time for the lights. This power supply uses a special onboard boost circuit that allows the onboard and connected LED lights to run for longer than from a standard coin cell battery. The boost circuit uses every ounce of power stored in the batteries to keep the lights running for as long as possible. Based on tests with one battery, you can expect to get at least two full days of runtime!
The unit has four small (Pico-size) ports, so you can add more lights to accommodate longer train cars, or add lights for end-of-car lanterns or marker lights.
Because this product uses our small (Pico-size) ports, it will also work with lights made by other manufacturers such as Light My Bricks, Briksmax, Game of Bricks, Lightailing, and LeLightGo.

Brickstuff Express power supplies produce 3 volts, while our standard power sources produce 5 volts. You can use any of our Pico LED lights with this power supply, though the light will be dimmer than it would if used with a standard power supply. This power supply also works with any of our Brickstuff Express LED lights.
