Light Any Medieval Set Quickly and Easily
Ever since we created the industry’s first lighting starter kits for LEGO® sets in 2013, customers around the world have used these all-inclusive packs to add lighting to their creations. Based on more than a decade of feedback from customers, we’ve created this updated starter kit, designed to include everything needed to light one typical LEGO® medieval building. You can use the parts in this kit to light any medieval-themed LEGO® set, regardless of when it was released—even the oldest Classic Castle sets!

This kit is designed to work with any type of LEGO® medieval set. If you’re working with a smaller building or castle, you can even spread the lights between buildings and use this kit to light more than one building. Best of all, you can easily expand and add other lights or parts from the full Brickstuff range when you’re ready: the included battery pack will power up to 100 lights, so you’ve got plenty of potential to expand.
The lights and parts in this kit are largely compatible with many other brands of lighting products, so if you already have lights, it’s likely you can use them with this kit to expand your setup (for full details about plug/part compatibility with other brands, see this article).
This is one starter kit designed to light LEGO® medieval sets. This item is not a LEGO® product, and includes LEGO® and LEGO®-compatible building parts, some of which have been modified by us in our shop.
- Four LEGO®-compatible torches with flickering LED lights pre-installed.
- Three flickering Pico LED lights which fit inside LEGO® parts like lanterns and lamps. They’ll fit under any brick or plate, so you can use them to make fireplaces, forges, or candles come alive.
- Three adapter boards with multiple plugs to connect lights and wires.
- Four connecting cables of various lengths to connect lights and adapter boards.
- One battery pack with on/off switch (three AAA batteries required, not included).
- One sheet of mini sticky discs with removable adhesive for attaching adapter boards to building walls or ceilings.
- One 8-page illustrated quick start guide showing how to use each type of part included along with tips for installing and connecting lights.
