Create Your Own Custom Animated Billboard!
We often get requests for custom artwork or designs to be placed on our illuminated, animated billboards. Now we can offer this service to anyone who has a great idea in mind! These are perfect for a fundraiser, team or group activity, or as a way to showcase your club or event.

Before you place an order for a custom billboard, please read the following carefully:
- The minimum order quantity for any custom billboard is 10 pieces. If you need more than 10, please contact us through our support e-mail and we will work with you to create a custom quote.
- When ordering, please select the product version that matches your situation: if you already have 100% production-ready artwork in Adobe Illustrator or similar (vector) format, select the "You Have 100% Production-Ready Artwork for Us" option. Otherwise, select the "We Create Final Artwork for You" option. We reserve the right to cancel orders where 100% production-ready artwork cannot be provided.
- We are not able to make billboards that use any trademarked logos, slogans, real-world sports teams, or brands. Any orders placed that include these items will be cancelled.
- After you place your order, we will contact you to discuss your project and obtain any artwork or concepts you have.
- Once we have your artwork, we will provide animated graphics files showing how the different segments of your artwork will be animated. You will have up to two chances to request modifications or changes to the sequence of animation.
- The lead time from acceptance/receipt of final, production-ready artwork and delivery of your billboards is 6-8 weeks. We are not able to accommodate any rush orders. Remember, this is 6-8 weeks after we have received and accepted the final artwork. If you need us to create the artwork, your billboards will take longer than 6-8 weeks to make.
- Billboards will be delivered in a standard white box without label, and include the power supply and instructions. Each billboard, power supply, and instruction sheet will be packed into its own white box. The dimensions of each box is 6" x 4" x 1".
- Because the electrical segments of every design are specific to a particular graphic and its individual elements, each design is permanently bonded to the flexible billboard backing. Once a design is created and manufactured, it cannot be changed or swapped out with another graphic.
- Custom billboards do not qualify for free shipping. Even if our website does not charge you for shipping at checkout, we will contact you to arrange additional payment for shipping these billboards.
